Terms and conditions of use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the website and services offered by Medical Coaching Center (MCC). By creating an account or registering for one of our training programs, you accept without reservation the terms set forth herein.

1. Purpose

The website medicalcoachingcenter.com is designed to present medical and dental events organized by Medical Coaching Center, allow online registration for participants, manage their files, and provide associated services (accommodation, ticketing, access to educational materials, clinical monitoring).

2. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the website and its services is subject to full and complete acceptance of these Terms. Creating an account, registering for a training program, or any other interaction requiring validation constitutes express acceptance of these conditions.

MCC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users are informed of such modifications via the website and, where applicable, by email. Continued use of the services after notification constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

3. Account Creation

To access certain services (training registration, personal space, file tracking), users must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Users agree to:

• provide truthful and current information;
• maintain confidentiality of their login credentials and password;
• notify MCC immediately of any unauthorized use of their account;
• maintain only one personal account.

MCC reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms or in case of prolonged inactivity.

4. Training Registration

Registration for a training program is confirmed after validation by MCC and payment in full or in part according to the terms announced on each training's information page. Displayed prices are in Algerian dinars (DZD), all taxes included.

Participants agree to comply with the training's internal regulations, attend the modules for which they are registered, and provide required documentation (identification, diplomas, etc.).

5. Payments and Invoicing

Accepted payment methods are indicated at registration (cash, bank transfer, check). An invoice or receipt is issued by Medical Coaching Center upon payment receipt.

Any outstanding amount at the due date may result in suspension of access to modules or associated services (accommodation, ticketing) until settled.

6. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation and refund terms are specified on each training's information page. As a guideline:

• Cancellation by participant: requests must be submitted in writing. A partial or full refund may be granted depending on notice period and work already undertaken on the module.
• Cancellation by Medical Coaching Center: if Medical Coaching Center cancels a training program (insufficient enrollment, force majeure, etc.), the participant receives a full refund of amounts paid or may request their transfer to a later session.

7. Accommodation and Ticketing

When participants book accommodation or ticketing services through Medical Coaching Center, these services are provided subject to availability through our partners. MCC acts as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for failures attributable to third-party providers.

8. Patient Workflow (Clinical Training)

For training programs with clinical dimensions involving patient care, participants agree to:

• comply with medical confidentiality rules and professional secrecy;
• obtain written informed consent from each patient prior to any intervention;
• complete clinical forms and operative reports in accordance with program requirements;
• use patient data exclusively for educational purposes strictly supervised by Medical Coaching Center.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, images, videos, educational materials, trademarks, logos) is the exclusive property of MCC or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited and exposes the violator to legal proceedings.

Educational materials provided to participants are reserved for strictly personal use and may not be copied or redistributed without written authorization from Medical Coaching Center.

10. Personal Data

Processing of user personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details the purposes of processing, retention period, and rights of data subjects (access, correction, objection, deletion).

11. Cookies

The website uses technical cookies necessary for its operation and, where applicable, audience measurement cookies. Users can configure their preferences via the cookie banner displayed on first visit.

12. Liability

MCC strives to ensure the availability, accuracy, and currency of information published on the website. However, Medical Coaching Center cannot be held responsible for:

• temporary interruptions or unavailability of the website due to maintenance or force majeure;
• direct or indirect damages resulting from non-compliant use of the website or services;
• content of third-party websites to which hyperlinks may refer.

13. Expected Conduct

Users are prohibited from:
